Cette présentation démontrera comment la ville de Hamilton utilise un système de gestion (Infra Modex) afin d’optimiser et de coordonner le budget à long terme des infrastructures linéaires, comme les routes, les égouts et le réseau d’eau, tout en équilibrant les coûts et les risques pour la municipalité.
This presention will showcase how Hamilton utilizes an infrastructure management system (Infra Modex) to optimize and coordinate the long term budget for road, sewer and water linear infrastructure, while balancing costs and risks to the organization.
The system will:
- Maintain an inventory of Assets within ROW (Road, Sewer, Water)
- Determine condition of each infrastructure network
- Determine needs and prioritize works
- Coordinate all ROW needs into coordinated projects
- Determine budget estimates for coordinated projects
- Develop long term budgets / based on risk management
- Determine link between budget and level of service
