Cancellation Policy | ||
DEADLINE
- You have until November 11, 2026, to register using all your passes*
- After this date, a fee of $65 will be charged for each registration made using a pass *
MODIFICATION
- As of November 12, 2026, a fee of $65 per registration will be charged for any request to modify the date or the name on the original registration
- No registration changes will be accepted after Thursday, November 19, at 5:00 p.m. Note : It will not be possible to transfer an in-person registration to a virtual registration on the day of the event.
CANCELLATION
- In the event of cancellation more than fourteen business days before the event, a 25% administrative fee will be charged
- For cancellations made less than 14 business days before the event, no refund will be issued
* A pass is valid for one day of the convention. These passes are allocated to CERIU members and to certain partnership agreements associated with INFRA.
Badges and certificates will be issued in the name of the registered participant only.
Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when registering. CERIU will not cover any costs associated with menu changes that were not declared prior to the event.
