Policy of cancellation | ||
DEADLINE
- You have until November 11, 2026, to register using all your passes*.
- After this date, a fee of $60 will be applied for each registration associated with the passes *.
MODIFICATION
- As of November 12, 2026, a fee of $60 per registration will be charged for each request to change the date or name on the original registration.
CANCELLATION
- In the event of cancellation fourteen business days before the event, a 25% administrative fee will be charged.
- Less than 14 business days before the event : no refund
* A pass is valid for one day of the convention. These passes are allocated to CERIU members and certain partnership agreements associated with INFRA.
The badge and certificate will be issued in the name of the registrant only, even if a 3-day package has been shared among several participants.
