Speaker Package: One (1) presenter per conference is registered free of charge for the day of his conference. The second presenter must pay the registration fee. Full time student's package - University member (No online registration) If your not on the list of the responsable teacher you have to pay your subscription. 1. Registration gives access to the presentations only. 2. Only full-time students have access to free lectures. | ||

Policy of cancellation | ||
DEADLINE DATE
- You have until November 11th 2026 to register with all your passes *.
- After this date, a fee of $60 will be applied for each registration associated with the passes *;
MODIFICATION
- As of November 12th 2026, a fee of $60 per registration will be charged for each request for a change of date or name at the initial registration;
CANCELLATION ANNULATION
- In case of cancellation fourteen (14) working days before the event: 25% administration fee will be charged;
- Less than 14 business days: no refund;
* A Pass is valid for one day of the convention. These passes are attributed to CERIU members and certain partnership agreements associated with INFRA.
The badge and certificate will be issued in the name of the registrant only, even if a 3-day package has been shared with several participants.
